4-H Shooting Sports Leaders Needed

Indiana DNR Release:

Indiana 4-H and the Department of Natural Resources will be hosting a 4-H Shooting Sports Leader Training, September 10-12, Ross Camp near Lafayette.

Individuals 18 and older are invited to attend the training and become certified instructors in one of seven areas.
The specific disciplines include: Archery, Hunting, Muzzle loading, Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun and Coordinator.

Registration for the training is $125.00. This fee will be sponsored by Wells County 4-H if a local volunteer plans to help with the Wells County 4-H Program in 2011. Participants attending the training will learn techniques to teach youth on safety procedures and handling shooting sports equipment. Housing and meals will be provided at Ross Camp during the training.
