4-H FOODS WORKSHOP

There will be a 4-H Foods Workshop Monday, June 21 from 6:30- 8:30 located at the Community Center, 4-H Park
Sharon Dietrich will teach the workshop on cookies, muffins, and cakes. Some of the topics will include recipe selection, pan types, measurement tips, knowing your oven, baking techniques, and what the judges will look for in your baked product. Exhibit requirements will be explained and some sample exhibits will be judged. Parents are encouraged to attend. Call the Extension Office, 824-6412 by June 18th and reserve a spot.
